Terms of Service (ANIMIZE)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe the basic rules for using ANIMIZE, a webtoon-to-animation production and consultation service provided by TOEM TECH (the “Company”).
1. Service overview
- The Service may include consultation, planning, pilot/demo production, animation production, editing, and related deliverables.
- The exact scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables, and rights are confirmed in a separate quote and/or written agreement.
2. Inquiries and communication
- Project inquiries are accepted via email at
animize@toemtech.com. - Information you send (links, descriptions, attachments) is handled only for responding to your inquiry and preparing proposals/quotes.
3. Your rights and submitted materials
- You must own the necessary rights to the materials you submit (the “Submitted Materials”), or have lawful permission from the rights holder.
- You grant the Company permission to review, analyze, and process the Submitted Materials only as needed to evaluate and perform the project.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the Submitted Materials remains with you (or the rights holder).
4. Intellectual property
- Ownership of deliverables created during production (documents, video files, project files, scripts, etc.) is determined by the separate agreement.
- The Service and website UI/design/code/documentation are owned by the Company or the applicable rights holders.
5. Prohibited requests and use
You must not:
- submit or request work that infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity rights, etc.)
- request illegal or harmful content
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- Demos and examples on the website are illustrative; actual results vary based on inputs and agreed specifications.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure or circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.
7. Changes to these Terms
The Company may update these Terms as permitted by applicable law. Updates will be posted on the website.
