Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "Service" refers to all functions provided by the Company, including 3D body analysis, body measurement, analysis results, and related features.
- "User" refers to any individual or business entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Device" refers to equipment used to provide the Service, including 3D scanners, analysis software, and output devices.
- "Analysis Data" refers to images, numerical data, reports, and other data generated from scanning a user's body.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms shall become effective when posted on the Service or announced through other appropriate means.
- The Company may modify these Terms to the extent that such changes do not violate applicable laws.
- Revised Terms shall take effect upon notice, and continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 4 (Use of the Service)
- Users may use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.
- The Service may be provided at physical locations or designated places, and some features may be limited depending on the environment.
- The Company may add, modify, or discontinue features to improve the quality of the Service.
Article 5 (Scope of Service)

- 3D body scanning and visualization
- Body measurements (e.g., circumference, length, etc.)
- Posture analysis and reporting
- Result printing functionality

Certain features (e.g., printing) may vary depending on device specifications and environment.
Article 6 (Data Collection and Use)

The Company may collect and process users’ body data to provide the Service.

- 3D scan images
- Body measurement data
- Analysis reports

The Company may use the data within the scope necessary for service provision, quality improvement, and statistical analysis.

The retention period and processing of such data shall follow the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users must provide accurate information and maintain a safe usage environment.

Users must not use the Service for the following purposes:
- Scanning or analyzing another person’s body without consent
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service

Users must comply with safety guidelines when using the equipment.
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company shall not be liable for the following:
- Results caused by user negligence or misuse
- Measurement errors due to device conditions or external factors

The analysis results provided by the Service are for reference purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
- All rights to the Service, including software, design, and analysis algorithms, belong to the Company.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use them without prior consent from the Company.
Article 10 (Suspension and Restriction of Service)
The Company may temporarily suspend or restrict the Service in the following cases:
- System maintenance and inspections
- Equipment replacement or failure
- Other force majeure events
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under applicable laws.
These Terms may be updated at any time, and any changes will be announced in advance.
